Stop matching your socks!
One of my brothers in law never wears identical socks. Furthermore he always has very colourful and vivid socks. When I asked him about it he told me he grew tired of the constant search for a matching pair. This resonated with me as well. I had to admit to myself, I've spent unreasonable amounts of time trying to keep the pairs together in my own wardrobe.
His story was liberating, and after a year or so I've now decided to let the hunt for matching socks come to an end. Think of all the time I will save! Plus, no sock will ever feel alone and abandoned in the drawer, waiting for its mate. And I actually like how it looks.
